NEW YORK (Row Records announcement) - Suge Knight is out of prison and he's already getting into things. Marion "Suge" Knight was released from from Mule Creek State Prison in Ione, California, after serving 10 months.

Knight has been in jail since June 27, 2003 following his involvement in an altercation with a valet at Hollywood's White Lotus nightclub. In August, he was ushered off to a California penitentiary when the presiding official of the state Board of Prison of Terms deemed Knight was in violation of the terms of his parole.

Despite the prison term, Suge is back and busy at work. The CEO of The Row Records arrived home at 5am yesterday and spent time with his family before getting back on the job. "He's back in the office, working on the marketing and promotion of Kurupt's new album,
Against The Grain and the new benefit CD," says label spokesman, Jonathan Wolfson.
