"Bittersweet," was picked up by an indie label and spread throughout Europe via Unconform Records in February 2009. With a fan base growing overseas and a lot of great press, Die Pretty began playing regularly in the New York City music scene. Their music is a fusion of pop and rock. Vocalist/Bassist Sarah sings heartfelt anthem like melodies over their combination of aggressive rock and pop style hooks. In 2010 Die Pretty released the "Die Pretty" EP with the help of Producer Oliver Strauss and Mission Sound Studios in Williamsburg Brooklyn. "Battle Over Brooklyn" is the bands latest EP and again they teamed up with Strauss and Mission Sound Studios. Die Pretty still reside in Brooklyn and are making their way one trashy New York City venue at a time to the mainstream.
