NEW YORK (Faith Evans Fans Website) - Faith Evans and husband Todd Russaw agreed Wednesday to enroll in a rehabilitation program for drug possession charges made against them. If they successfully complete the 13-week program, the charges will be dropped, according to the Fulton County District Attorney's office. Evans and her record executive husband were charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana violation during a traffic stop in an Atlanta suburb last month. According to Evans's official website, she was never in possession of any drugs or narcotics. Her lawyer also called the charges "ridiculous." Officers say neither Evans nor Russaw were under the influence at the time of the arrest.
