New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ B Major Entertainment) Singer/Songwriter Grace Weber has been named one of the five finalists of Cotton Inc's "The Fabric of My Life Song Contest," with online fan voting currently live on TheFabricOfOurLives.com. Last fall marked the second year of the contest, which invited people across the country to record their own version of "The Fabric of My Life" jingle for a chance to win a Grand Prize of a four night trip to New York City, a $1,000 cotton shopping spree at Macy's and a recording studio experience. The five finalists were selected from over 5,000 entries by Cotton's panel of judges. Weber, a Milwaukee native now residing in Brooklyn, NY, is no stranger to winning online talent competitions, having been chosen by the Oprah Winfrey Show's producers from over 500,000 entries to sing on the show as a finalist in their 2010 Video Karaoke Contest. This recent achievement for Weber comes at a busy time for her, as she is just finishing recording her debut album with Grammy-award winning producer Mike Mangini (Joss Stone, Diane Birch, Dionne Warwick). "I'm really excited to be a part of this contest because I've always been a fan of Cotton's advertising and the song," commented Weber. "I really look up to the different artists, like Colbie Caillat and Zooey Deschanel, that Cotton Inc. showcases in their campaign. It's a group of artists and a company with whom I'm honored to be associated."
