Ne-Yo and real estate developer, entrepreneur and philanthropist Avi Oster, co-hosted 360 Induced, a special night of high-level networking and live performances by Grammy Award winners
Ne-Yo and Estelle. 150 special guests, including dozens of boldface names, enjoyed live performances by
Estelle and Ne-Yo, who performed songs from his latest album Libra Scale.
360 Induced celebrated the first collaboration between Ne-Yo and entrepreneur Avi Oster. They brought together a small, eclectic mix of New York's best and brightest in entertainment, fashion, finance, music, philanthropy and public service, for a vibrant evening of networking, cross-pollinating ideas, building relationships, and enjoying great music.
Estelle introduced guests to her latest venture, the All of Me Foundation, which is committed to educating, enlightening, and expanding the horizons of inner city youth (allofmefoundation.org). Mr. Oster, whose family foundation has long engaged in philanthropic giving, serves on the Board of Directors of the All of Me Foundation.

360 Induced took place at Salon Millesime at The Carlton Hotel, an intimate setting famous for its elegance and great live performances. Ne-Yo and Estelle were well-received by a diverse group of artists and musicians, business and government leaders, and philanthropists. Their performances electrified the room and captivated all in attendance, and included a very special serenade, with Ne-Yo on the lead, celebrating Estelle on her 31st birthday.
