New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) - It's official: Alice Cooper will join Neil Diamond, Leon Russel, Dr. John, Darlene Love, Tom Waits and more as next year's inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The class of 2011 will be formally feted on March 14th at New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and while accolades are everywhere for the aforementioned, Rob Zombie has shared his sentiments via Twitter, writing, "3 mega-greats in R&R Hall of Fame this year! Finally Alice Cooper, Leon Russell and Tom Waits! Fuck yeah."

Zombie and Cooper united earlier this year to bring the long-awaited, highly-anticipated Gruesome Twosome tour to fruition. Stated Cooper in our exclusive interview, "Rob's like my little brother... we've been trying to do this show for so long." Following on the success of that first run, the pair then reunited for the Halloween Hootenanny Tour this past fall.

For more on the bond the two share, and Zombie's congratulations to his comrade, check the latest issue of Revolver where the two sit down for a Q&A. And don't miss our video from the Black Carpet at this year's Golden God Awards where we spoke with Rob, Alice and Zombie drummer Joey Jordison about their then-impending trek together:

Rod Zombie has just released the Special Edition of Hellbilly Deluxe 2. Featuring 3 brand new tracks recorded with his current line-up: John 5, Piggy D. and Joey Jordison, the 2-disc set also features a bonus DVD shot by the band while out on the Gruesome Twosome tour and some expanded artwork.
