NEW YORK (AllHipHop) - A hearing has been set in the attempt to gain a retrial for Corey "C-Murder" Miller, the rapper and brother of Master P who was convicted for murder earlier this year.

In an interview with AllHipHop.com, Master P alleged that the District Attorney in his case was corrupt and had used unreliable witnesses to convict his brother.
Miller will return to court on December 12th.
