New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Ray Gilman Official Website) - Minneapolis musician Ray Gilman has released a stellar rock CD that showcases his amazing musicianship and ability to write heartfelt songs. "Let It Go" was written, produced and performed by Ray Gilman and is rooted in classic rock with a British Blues twist . Recorded over an 8 month period, "Let It Go" is influenced by a series of family tragedies, and is very personal. Ray chose to play all of the instruments himself on this project and do all of the vocals. The album manages to keep a positive and hopeful attitude. The track "Let It Go" was the last song recorded and is the song that ties the whole theme together.

A veteran of the Twin Cities Music scene, Ray has released 10 CDs, played over a thousand live shows, and produced CDs for other artists in his own recording studio.

Highlights of "Let It Go" include: "Tell Me What I Want To Hear"- a rocker spotlighting Gilman's expertise on the six-string, "Workin"- classic MPLS funk rock that gets the blood flowin' and the feet dancin', and the title cut that has a haunting melody and deserves multiple listens.
