Chicago, IL (Top40 Charts/ ICAP Ocean Tomo) - ICAP Ocean Tomo, the intellectual property brokerage division of ICAP plc (IAP.L) and the world's premier patent auction firm, will auction an archive of copyright-protected footage of concert performances held at San Francisco's Maritime Hall at the upcoming Fall 2010 Live Auction in Napa, California on November 11th.
Produced by 2b1 Productions, the archive includes over 1,600 concert performances recorded between 1996 and 2009 from many of the world's most popular recording artists spanning across music genres including alternative, blues, country, folk, funk, hip-hop, jam bands, jazz, latin, heavy metal, punk, R&B, reggae, rock, techno, and world.

In addition to the audio/video recordings, the 2b1 Archive includes express acknowledgement and permission to record, as well as performance agreements with the artists and other related documentation. Every performance has been converted to a MOV format for flexible conversion into other high resolution audio/video formats.
The 2b1 Archive is a copyright-protected asset that offers the ability to spawn new copyrighted works from the original content. A sample of performance recordings from the archive is available at https://www.youtube.com/2b1production.

"Spanning multiple music genres and covering many of the world's most popular recording artists, this one portfolio provides a buyer with content that might take years to accumulate through other means," said Dean Becker, ICAP Ocean Tomo CEO.
