NEW YORK (Destiny's Child Fans Website) - Pop singer Beyonce Knowles is caught up in a new legal wrangle after claims by a Florida producer that she and her manager/father Mathew Knowles stole their hit Survivor from him.

Terrence Robinson insists the track is a copy of a song he produced in 2000, and sent to Mathew Knowles.

The producer's legal team claims Robinson heard nothing until the song appeared in a TV commercial.
The song - the title track of Destiny's Child's smash-hit 2001 album - went on to become a huge hit for the group, and won them a Grammy award.
