New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Roadrunner Records) - This past Thursday, July 29th in a secret location in London, the annual Kerrang! Awards ceremony took place. The festivities, featuring a seven deadly sins theme and attended by rock royalty from around the world, were hosted by non other than Slipknot / Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor and Anthrax guitar god Scott Ian. At the ceremony, the magazine paid tribute to late Slipknot bassist Paul Gray, who tragically passed away in May, awarding him with the golden K! for Services To Metal. Taylor accepted the award on Paul's behalf to a standing ovation.
