PHOENIX, AZ. (Top40 Charts/ Dfactor Official Website) - Indie rocker Dfactor releases a new track called "Immigration Clampdown", included on a new CD compilation from Arizona musicians, about upcoming SB1070 law in Arizona.

"Immigration Clampdown" was written and recorded in less than a week to meet the deadline for the Phoenix New Times' "A Line in the Sand" CD deadline compilation in May 2010.

Background:
Dfactor is a singer-songwriter-rocker and daily blogger at Waved Rumor. He currently plays shows with his trio in Phoenix, AZ area, where he now lives after a decade in NYC.

His last two full CDs are 'Slashing the Sunlight' (2009), and "Say Yeah!" (2008) both which are available for download. They are also available at Tunecore, CDBaby and iTunes. In his daily life, he writes, blogs, tweets, searches and scores.

Between 1999-2004, Dfactor was Anthemic Pop Wonder (APW) in New York and released five CDs under that name, including 1997's 'Cool Cocktails', 1999's 'Wild Thrill-Hungry Gurls', 2000's band-recorded 'Party Tarts' EP, the well-reviewed 2002 release 'Rapid Pop Thrills' and his final CD as Anthemic Pop Wonder, 'Supersonic Lullabies'. As a live band, APW played live in the early '00s in NYC, Boston, Philly, DC and elsewhere on the East Coast.
