LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Deepsea Goes Official Website) - The new song "All Is Ripe" by LA based indie rock band The Deepsea Goes is available for free download from their website. Their Bated Breath says: "...'All Is Ripe' (2010), takes a bit of an artistic turn, sounding like a cool cross between the sparse, playful electric guitar of Joy Division and the descending darkness of Bauhaus."

The band is also running a remix contest for the song where the winner will win prizes including a cassette copy of INXS's "Kick", a gift certificate to Olive Garden & a cake from Baskin-Robbins.

The band just completed a short US tour & is writing material for a follow-up to their 2009 full-length release "Oraoneiroi".
