Kelis To Headline LA Gay Pride This Weekend

Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ Interscope Records) - Christopher Street West is Proud to present award-winning and internationally-recognized headliners Kelis, En Vogue, Martha Davis & The Motels, and Kelly Rowland on the 2010 LA PRIDE Main Stage June 12 and 13 for the 40th LA PRIDE celebration in West Hollywood, CA.

On Saturday, June 12 at 6pm, following an afternoon of hot DJ's and local musical acts, Kelis will bring the boys to the yard with her Grammy-nominated, top 5 smash hit, "Milkshake". Her new album, Flesh Tone, will be released in the U.S. on July 6th.
Tipped as one of 2010's "Best Bets" by Billboard, Kelis was recently joined by guest DJ will.i.am, of Black Eyed Peas fame, on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in a riveting performance of lead single "Acapella".
Produced by David Guetta, "Acapella," is already an international No 1 hit, having topped both the Billboard Dance/Club Play Songs Chart and Music Week's Pop Club Chart in the U.K. Kelis debuted in 1999 and went on to win a BRIT award (International Breakthrough Act), an NME award (Best R&B/Soul Act) and a Q award (Best Music Video for "Caught Out There").
