ABOUT LIL' DUDE:
Lil' Dude, Born Micah Brown, in Detroit, Michigan, lives, breathes and exudes all of the mechanics for a successful career in the entertainment industry; one with creative direction and longevity. Beginning his love affair with Hip-Hop, at the mere age of four, by six years old Lil' Dude was leaving audiences amazed with his high energy performances throughout his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Lil' Dude and his family then moved to Atlanta, GA where he began working as a Hip-Hop and spoken word artist, amidst a thriving acting, voice over and modeling career. Lil' Dude has performed for audiences of over 20,000, including Summer Fest where he performed alongside Grammy winning group Arrested Development and has opened for the renowned R&B diva, Patti LaBelle, and Grammy Award winning soul artist, John Legend. In addition, he performed at The Russell Simmons sponsored 'Pioneers Block Party for The Kids of the South Bronx'. As a poet, Lil' Dude has performed along with prominent spoken word artists such as Abyss, Georgia ME, Dasha Kelly, Jon Goode, Hank Stewart and Dan Vaughn to name a few. To top it all off, Lil' Dude landed the child character role as 'Brandon,' in BET's television series, 'Somebodies'. The exposure alone has allowed him to cement his place in the industry as an entertainer to where he wrote and completed his first mixtape, in 2009,01 'Class In Session,' hosted by DJ Kutt Throat; executive produced by M2S Entertainment.
As if that is not enough, while Lil' Dude continues to excel as a professional, as a student he maintains above average grades and has found time to become the co-founder of a non-profit organization, MIKAH, Inc. (Mothers, Infants, and Kids Achieving Heights) where he sees this as his way of assisting those less fortunate than himself. For his community involvement and professional accomplishments, Lil' Dude was recognized by Georgia's US Senator Nan Orrock with a Georgia State Resolution honor. Lil' Dude defines the epitome of an entertainer - an actor, voice over talent, model, songwriter, poet, rapper, event host and radio personality; it's no wonder he has been labeled as Hip-Hop's next generation.
