Jury rules for Marilyn Manson

MINNESOTA (M. Manson Fans Website) - A Minnesota jury ruled that Marilyn Manson did not commit battery when the rock star gyrated his crotch in a security guard's face at a concert three years ago. The guard was seeking over $75,000 (U.S.) in damages in the case. The jury deliberated for eleven hours before delivering their verdict yesterday.

Manson has never denied that he rubbed his crotch in the man's face. However, in the court case he argued that his action did not constitute battery. The jury agreed.
