Steve Hackett CD Due In June 2010

Released late last year in the world-renowned guitarist/composer's native UK, Out of the Tunnel's Mouth is a rock album which features beautifully-sweeping symphonic sounds highlighted by Hackett's signature soaring guitar and unsullied vocals. The tracks contain a me'lange of influences from classical to Middle Eastern and showcase Hackett's prowess as a composer with the ability to meld seemingly disparate styles.

Although majestic in sound and scope, Out of the Tunnel's Mouth was recorded in Hackett's living room and produced in a virtual studio there by longtime writing partner, keyboardist and producer Roger King. The album has earned accolades from the UK press, with Classic Rock declaring the album a "sonic masterpiece", and CRS Magazine stating, "A Steve Hackett album release is always well-anticipated and especially those where he is enveloping all of his expertise and this is one of those occasions. Steve Hackett was just inducted in to The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame alongside his Genesis bandmates from the classic line-up: Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford.
