
New York (Top40 Charts/ InHouse Entertainment) - Take a peek under the Cap, aka: Michael Capshaw, and under the moniker Cap, he's taking the independent music scene by storm with his new release, "
Inside Out". He's performed on air with songs like "
Get Low", (which he also produced), "Doin' the Fool" and "The Summer" which hit the No 1 spot in Boston, No 3 in Seattle, and No 6 in Los Angeles. Cap''s been a very busy guy. He's done numerous radio interviews, opened for
Mike Jones in April of 2006 in
Santa Barbara CA, and co-produced FCA Artist's Inc. album, "You Got Issues," released in October of 2005.
He's been featured on the Bone Thugs & Harmony Tour Album on the song "The Summer," he's done two music videos with Chuck Nutt, co-produced a music video and album for D Caldwell, who is releasing his project this year, and appeared on SMC/FCA Artists new album entitled "Fun", released Oct 08.
Cap produced and released "The Comp" which featured local Bay area artists as well as himself. After years of producing, writing and recording music, Cap decided to become more focused as an individual artist in the music industry and composed "Inside Out".
Cap received air play in North Carolina with over 1000 requests in one week on a song for the troops called "My Letter Home", his first single from Inside Out. Currently he has released 3 singles from the album that have received radio and internet airplay, all over the world.
Cap's solo debut album is now at iTunes, amazon, napster and more. It's entitled "InSiDe Out," and promises to give everybody a peek at Cap and his talents.
