"Eva's Initiatives" works, getting homeless and at-risk youth ages 16-24 off the streets permanently. They operate three shelters in the greater Toronto area, Eva's place, Eva's Satellite and Eva's Phoenix, housing 122 youth each and every night.

Singer/songwriter, Sean Jones met with the staff and youth of Eva's Phoenix. He heard their stories and became a Mentor.
