J-Rich Is In The Building...

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ J-Rich Official Website) - With a drug addicted mother and brother doing jail time for allegedly murdering the killer of bay area legend Mac Dre, J. Rich is no stranger to pain and the struggle. In the 80s while Rich's mother fell victim to the ongoing crack epidemic, J. Rich was a young teen hustling in order to survive. Coming through in expensive cars at the age of 13, J-Rich earned his stage name from his friends due to the lavish lifestyle he was already living. Drop top cars hid the pain of a young child who had a mother, in which rehab couldn't kick her crack addiction.

Now a successful CEO, artist and all-around businessman, J-Rich is using the independent lessons his native bay area taught him to work multiple projects at the same. After dropping a slew of west coast independent projects in 2007, J-Rich is currently working his 'Independently Major' with three singles and music videos afloat.

After moving to New York and Miami during two separate occasions, J-Rich has rubbed elbows with some of the industries finest such as 50 Cent, Keyshia Cole, The Game, Fabolous, Glasses Malone and many more, J-Rich signed a record deal with hard working independent company Stay Focused Records, after discussing with Lil Wayne and his Young Money Records imprint.

Known for being a studio rat, J-Rich is set to drop his official first single in the fourth quarter of 2009, planning to see it hit and stomp the airwaves in a major way.
