 New York (Top40 Charts/ Fox Cities Performing Arts Center) - The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center announced today the "Cast" of Beatlemania is coming to Appleton, Friday, August 21, for a multi-media musical rendition of the early American years of the Beatles. The Beatles took America by storm in the 1960s. Screaming crowds, massive concerts and top-rated television appearances created an era of musical revolution and cultural change. Their fans were frantic. After the band broke up, the live performances continued on Broadway with the hit show Beatlemania. The portrayal of the Fab Four and their music opened to packed houses from Los Angeles to London. The Fox River Valley will get the opportunity to experience firsthand what it would have been like to see the Beatles live and in concert. The talented "Cast" of Beatlemania will take you through a journey tracing the group's prolific career from their arrival in America through their psychedelic "Sergeant Pepper" era. It's a solid dose of Beatle classics from 1963 to 1969. You'll hear the sounds that defined a generation and the words which still capture our attention today.
