SEATTLE, WA. (Top40 Charts/ JW Public Relations) - Seattle hardcore band Trial, fronted by Greg Bennick, a nationally recognized speaker and film producer based in Seattle, will be playing two exclusive headlining dates in Europe this summer.

The band will play at the Fluff Fest in the Czech Republic on July 25 and at the Anti Fest in Sweden on August 1. The band recently played a highly successful show in Chicago at the Burning Fight Festival.

Longtime Seattle all-ages music professional Kate Becker explains the mission of the band by saying, "We all suffer, but what few of us get to do in the protective and defensive culture in which we live, is to feel safe sharing our suffering openly. Trial offers listeners a chance to do exactly that, and the effect is always explosive and cathartic. They do that through their lyrics, which are written with the utmost potency. They do that through their live show which is delivered with the utmost intensity. And they do that through their communication from the stage, which is offered with the utmost sincerity."

Music review website Last.FM writes that Trial communicates its "infusion of emotion and intensity in a world where people are more comfortable remaining sedate."

Bennick, who writes most of Trial's lyrics, said that he works from a deep emotional level.

"Every thought, every feeling, every hope that we suppress, is us, committing suicide in moments," he said. "Our band offers listeners ideas for how they can take their passion and self expression into the world and inspire others to do the same. This is a revolution of the human heart, and it starts this summer when we take the stage."

Last year Trial released its "Reunion/Retrospective" DVD on Panic Records.

When not onstage with Trial, Bennick, 38, produces documentary films including the multi-award winning "Flight from Death" and his newest project, "The Philosopher Kings." "The Philosopher Kings" recently celebrated two sold out shows at its world premiere at the AFI/Discover Channel SilverDocs Film Festival in Washington, D.C.

Bennick has addressed more than two million people around the world as a speaker and musician. Bennick's website is www.gregbennick.com.
