New York (Top40 Charts/ L.A. Plax) - On June 27th, 2009, Move over Idol, The Next American Star Young Adult Rock Southwest Regional Finals are LIVE at House of Blues Dallas, featuring the Southwest's top unsigned bands.

The Cowboys' Free Reign (CD RELEASE/LAST SHOW BEFORE THE SEASON!) and celebrity host QB Tony Romo take the stage in support of the top rising stars in the Southwest. Male category finalists are Dallas, TX's charismatically high-powered Shorelines End and compelling 6-boy-band power/pop/rock First Class Fever, also from Dallas. In the female category, Mira Loma CA's 14-year old JLo-esque singing sensation Chloe J competes against L.A.'s Britney Christian, with her pop/rock powerhouse voice and the 'face' of the 'Milk Rocks' national campaign.
