LONDON, UK (EMI) - Radiohead's label, EMI, has sent cease-and -desist orders to a number of individuals hosting files of the band's leaked " Hail To The Thief" album. Radiohead's sixth studio album was leaked onto the internet over the weekend a full two months before its set release date. According to producer Nigel Godrich, the leaked music isn't even the final version. Godrich wrote on www.radiohead.com that the tracks are merely "rough mixes," and it's not really what he'd "want the world to hear, frankly." Radiohead's last two albums, "Kid A" and "Amnesiac" were also leaked before their street date but it didn't harm sales. The albums debuted on Billboard at number one and number two respectively.
