"The Real Hip Hop Network will release a commemorative CD and DVD of this Historic event," says RHN Music Group President Benard Taft. "The goal of the project is to allow all genre's of music to be a healer of America's Social Crisis. We will invite Americas Biggest stars to participate."

WHERE: National Press Club (Holeman Lounge), 529 14th St. NW, 13th Fl, Wash., DC 20045

WHY: The concert was inspired by President Obama's Message "To be the Change" we want to see. The goal of the concert is to raise funds to aid thousands of families who are in threat of foreclosure. Aid will be given in the form of grants to home owners who seek assistance. Donations will be taken online and through mobile texting campaigns leading up to the concert in September. Also The Bailout will reach out to national business chains around the country to do point of sale donations at the register. The event will invite a who's who of the Hollywood elite and a cadre of music legends from every genre. Details will be released later this month as more and more celebrities confirm. The event will be televised nationally and streamed live on the internet on www.rhn.tv.

"Americans should not depend on Government alone to answer all of its problems," says Raheem DeVaughn, event Co-chair. "We as Americans have to play our part in saving ourselves. Government has moved swiftly to get the American Economy back on track, but there are many who are angry that the stimulus package has allocated billions of dollars to major corporations and very little of these funds have immediately reached the wallets of mainstream America."

"Many felt that the issue with the 'STIMULUS' Package was that government could not go far enough to help those who really needed it. In support of the government's efforts we felt that the citizens of the USA need to do more to save ourselves," says Atonn Muhammad, event organizer and President of Real Hip-Hop Network. "The nation faces the worst housing crisis since the great depression. Millions of Americans face foreclosure or have already lost their homes. Many experts believe that we have yet to experience the worst of what's to come. The REAL HIP-HOP NETWORK will lay out the plan and goal for the Mainstreet bailout Concert at the national Press Club Starting at 12:00 noon at the Holeman Lounge." For details go to www.rhn.tv
