NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Soul crooner Elliott Yamin's sophomore album 'Fight For Love' is out May 5th on Hickory Records and follows up his 2007 self-titled debut, which achieved success as the highest independent debut from a new artist in Billboard history, entering at No 3 on the Top 200.

In a recent interview, Billboard described Elliott as 'raw and soulful, with limitless potential and the vocal chops to make it in the music business' and praised his forthcoming album as a 'collection of undeniable pop-R&B.'

In response, Elliott discussed his evolving sound and role as a co-writer on the album: 'I wanted to make something that sounded contemporary, but was still me. I also wanted to write more this time around - to show that I've grown as a songwriter and an artist.'
