On Saturday, April 25, 2009, Shon-Gale teams up with Wind Tunnel Entertainment, Intertwine Chicago, and Patrick Entertainment to deliver the only Official Robin Thicke After Party at Rednofive, 440 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL, 10 pm until 5 am. This event follows Robin Thicke's sold out concert with Jennifer Hudson, and will be co-hosted by Robin Robinson of Fox News.
Robin Thicke, an award-winning multiplatinum superstar is on tour with Jennifer Hudson for his album, Something Else, his third studio album released on September 30, 2008. Known for his hits songs, which include "When I Get You Alone", "Lost Without You", "Magic," and "The Sweetest Love."
"Our goal is to provide an event that will be a celebration for Mr. Thicke and allow the Chicago community to celebrate with him," said Shon Peebles, managing partner of Shon-Gale.
On Friday, May 1, 2009, 5:30 - 8:30 pm and Saturday, May 2, 2009, 11 am - 2 pm, Shon-Gale presents Art in Canvas & Cloth for artist Stacy Bowie and fashion designer Lori Horne at the Marion Street Gallery, 115 N. Marion, Oak Park, IL. This event will showcase Stacy and Lori's latest works of art and is open to the public.
Local artist, Stacy Bowie of Stacy Bowie Designs, is a favorite among celebrities Kim Coles, Aretha Franklin, and Patti LaBelle who are collectors of her work. Lori Horne, is the creator of the Teeshmina, where comfort, fashion, and art come together in the form of wearable wraps.
