Malvern Rapper Opens TDSB Artists With An Edge Performances

NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Jair Dynast Official Website) - Malvern hip hop artist, Jair Dynast will be the opening act as the Toronto District School Board celebrates 'Artists with an Edge' with performances from socially conscious artists of African Heritage to an assembly of students at Monarch Park Collegiate and David & Mary Thomson Collegiate on February 19th.

The 'Artists with an Edge' performance programs include popular local spoken-word artist, Dwayne Morgan and UMAC, Will Strickland's Hip Hop Musical, 'The Corner' that continues at Central Commerce Collegiate and Vaughan Road Academy on February 20th.

'Art of Invention' featuring President, Barack Obama was released on February 3rd to coincide with Jair Dynast's first workshop/performance at Winston Churchill C.I. The song is written, produced and composed by Jair to commemorate African Heritage Month and celebrates the contributions of African-American inventors to our society.

It is now a free download via a zshare link on JairDynast.net. On February 3rd, the song was taken over 3,000 times and now reached over 10,000 downloads. A music video for the song followed and to date, has been watched by over 2,000 fans on YouTube.

Jair Dynast's music video for "My Style", another single that's been delivered to urban commercial radio nationally is now added to popular Urban Music video portal Blastro.com. It is being featured in the Top-8 new video rotation on Blastro's home page amongst videos from Akon, The Jonas Brothers, Anastacia, Grammy Winner, Lil Wayne and more.
February 17, Jair Dynast will deliver the Keynote Address at the Imagine Student Success Conference at Ryerson University.
