Northridge, CA (Top40 Charts/ By Phyllis Pollack/ Def Press Public Relations) - Geto Boys member Willie D's group Huntzville performed their new single "Backpack Fulla Gunz," using no profanity on Fox TV on the network's Houston morning show. Shortly afterwards on Friday, Fox issued an apology on their website, stating "Fox 26 apologizes to those viewers who were offended by the musical group Huntzville's performance during Friday morning's show." Willie D, who is the head of Huntzville's record label, Relentless Music states, "In over 20 years of working in the music business, I have never seen a television station or network apologize for a group's lyrics. Huntzville performed a song about school shootings, warning the public of an extreme consequence of bullying. We have nothing to apologize for." The controversial new single is now available on iTunes.
