LOS ANGELES, CA. & BOSTON, MA. (Top40 Charts/ Paid Inc) - Sixx:A.M. have contracted Paid, Inc.'s (OTCBB:PAYD) celebrity services to design and manage their new fan-engaging and interactive web site, as well as provide brand management and online, traditional and international merchandise retailing to support the band's project's including bassist Nikki Sixx's New York Times bestselling memoir, The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star (MTV/Pocket Books). Sixx:A.M. will now have the ability to connect with fans on a higher level and offer a more personal experience.

'As we explored our future plans for Sixx:A.M., I felt it was essential that we get Keith Garde and Paid, Inc. involved because I love what they've done to unify so many other musical artists with their fans,' said Sixx. 'I knew that their team could establish a web presence that will truly attract, energize and connect our fans, allowing us to know their likes and dislikes and give them an active role in what Sixx:A.M. is.'

Through this partnership, Paid, Inc. will revitalize Sixx:A.M.'s web site, www.SixxAMmusic.com, and include the latest news, chat features, band member blogs, an online store, fan club registry and much more, immediately offering fans the participation they crave. The extensive retail merchandising program will include online, traditional and international distribution of Sixx:A.M. products as well as support of Nikki Sixx's initiatives for his clothing line, Royal Underground, and new products related to The Heroin Diaries. Paid, Inc. and Sixx:A.M. will work closely to develop and brand a comprehensive line of products and imagery that best reflects the band and their direction moving up the rock ranks.

'This is an opportunity for us to really nurture an entirely new platform for Sixx:A.M.'s amazing creativity, with Nikki's powerful and penetrating The Heroin Diaries as its initial inspiration,' commented Keith Garde, Paid celebrity services president. 'Just as the brain, heart and soul of Nikki Sixx have given rise to the concept of Sixx:A.M., we will see the Sixx:A.M. brand evolve out of the incredible imagery, music and artistic talent of Nikki Sixx, James Michael and DJ Ashba and the synergy that continues to grow among all three band members.'

Recently awarded an iTunes critics pick for Best New Rock Artist of the Year, Sixx:A.M. has garnered a multitude of musical acclaim in 2008 including the Rock Song of the Year according to Mediabase and the most played track on rock radio, 'Life Is Beautiful.' When Nikki Sixx, James Michael and DJ Ashba joined together to create the soundtrack to the book, there was no talk of becoming a band. The project, they all agree, was a 'labor of love,' the result of three gifted musicians, songwriters and producers bringing the book to musical life.
The success of the album sparked the opportunity for the band to perform earlier this year on the inaugural Crue Fest, the summer's most successful rock festival. Crue Fest saw the band evolve from a side studio venture into a live rock act who performed to over half-a-million fans, dubbing them the 'break out act' of the festival.
Sixx's book, The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star has sold more than 200,000 copies and remained on the New York Times best-seller chart for an amazing twenty-seven weeks. The coinciding, The Heroin Diaries Soundtrack has sold more than 270,000 albums. For more information on Sixx:A.M., please visit www.SixxAMmusic.com.
