LOS ANGELES (Top 40 Charts/ David Alstead Official Website) - Nationally recognized composer David Alstead has released "I Heard The Bells", his third solo piano CD.
Unlike his first two, 'Piano For Both Ears' and 'Pieces Of Piano' which were original music, 'I Heard The Bells' has Dave taking traditional Christmas music and running it through his trademark musical convolutions creating these new and different arrangements for your Christmas listening pleasure.
From the inherent jazz influences of 'Deck The Halls' through the classical nature of 'Hark The Herald Angels Sing' and 'He Is Born' to the beautiful 'Silent Night'. This is sure to be a favorite in your Christmas collection.
All three CDs along with song samples are available at his website, www.davidalstead.com

Dave suffered from the onset of Meniere's Disease at the age of 16, and has lost the hearing in his left ear completely as a result of surgery at age 19. A classically trained pianist, he is currently performing his award winning original works throughout the midwest.
