NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT) - International recording artist GLORIA ESTEFAN and her husband, industry legend EMILIO ESTEFAN, add two more Latin Grammys to their career highlights for outstanding work on Gloria's latest album 90 MILLAS (Burgundy Records).

Gloria & Emilio Estefan won Latin Grammys for Best Traditional Tropical Album for "90 Millas" and Best Tropical Song for 'Pintame de Colores. Joining the Estefans on the Best Tropical Song honor are Panamanian born co-writers and album producers, Alberto & Ricardo Gaitan.

Gloria entertained the crowd with a historic performance featuring a medley of her hits, including her No 1 charting single 'No Llores' on which she was joined on stage by Carlos Santana and Jose Feliciano. Following the performance was the crowning moment of the night when Gloria Estefan accepted a lifetime achievement award as the 2008 Latin Grammy Person of The Year.

The evening before the awards, a tribute dinner was held in her honor during which some of Gloria's favorite artists including Patti LaBelle, John Legend and Carlos Santana performed renditions of her songs celebrating her almost 30 years in show business. Her entire family was there to participate in the celebration.

Having sold over 90 million albums and recorded 24 albums, "90 Millas" brings Gloria back to where it all began - her roots. Produced by her husband, Emilio Estefan, the collection of newly recorded original Spanish language songs pays tribute to the roots of Cuban music while infusing a modern influence into the traditional rhythms.

The album also pays homage to the most influential and universally respected Latin musicians of the past fifty years. Some of the artists joining Estefan on this album include Grammy award winning artist CARLOS SANTANA, JOHNNY PACHECO (whom many refer to as the 'godfather of salsa'), trumpet virtuoso ALFREDO 'CHOCOLATE' ARMENTEROS, conga drum diva SHEILA E., actor and musician ANDY GARCIA, and CACHAO who is credited as the creator of mambo.
