NEW YORK (R. Kelly Fans Website) - R. Kelly's controversial past is no secret. Although the R&B hitmaker was indicted on 21 counts of child pornography in June, the publishers of "I Can Fly (The R. Kelly Story)", the children's story written by Kelly originally published in 1998, has decided to re-issue the book due to high demand.

"I Can Fly" is based on Kelly's life story and rise to stardom. The book will be re-issued by publisher, Unique Expressions who says they were concerned about the controversy surrounding Kelly, but their "commitment is to uplift readers, especially women and children."

Kelly's June indictment stemmed from a videotape which authorities claim shows him having sex with a minor. Kelly denies he's the man on the tape. If convicted, he could be sentenced to15 years in prison.
