Rodeo, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Chozen Swag Entertainment) - "Oktayne's Self-Explanations Launches Oktayne's Introduction To The Independent Industry." After two years of planning and organizing the album is finally complete, and was introduced to the Myspace world as a hope for mainstream hip-hop. Ever since the Internet took over the industry, many artists used the Internet to get their feet through the doors of the music industry. "The goal is", said CEO Albert Devon Tatmon "to provide the fans and upcoming music listeners within the age group 17 to 25 with some brand new music.

Oktayne's heart will always be into music no matter how watered down the so-called "rap music" that is mostly experienced today. From the beginning Oktayne strived to be as good as he can in what he does. The major reason for Oktayne's album is proof that you can be mainstream without ruining what Hip-Hop and Rap stands for. Constant creativity and lack of creativity is one of the major differences that Oktayne holds against others. For almost ten years Oktayne has worked on his craft making sure he doesn't release anything before he is ready.

About a year and a half ago the album Self-Explanations ideas were formulated. While the ideas were formulated Oktayne watched the status of music. When prewriting and jotting down ideas for many songs Oktayne noticed that rap music in west coast is not supported as much. He noticed that because of the lack of unity across the whole coast. It was like the once unified area of LA isn't any more. The bay area hasn't been in the spotlight for many years and the death of hyphy music derailed the shot at the spotlight. In many other ways Hip-Hop was considered dead but the answer to the question finally arrives as Self-Explanations.
