The Ruff Club, created by Spencer and his producing partner and DJ, Denny Le Nimh, has quickly captured the attention of everyone from the UES socials to the downtown darlings. Hosted by nightlife debutante and muse, Sophia Lamar, this weekly series has been bringing the children to the floor at Orchard Street speakeasy, the Annex since 2006. Featuring weekly sets from resident DJs Spencer, Denny, 24 Court, Micprobes, Jake & Danzie, everyone from Berlin's Boyz Noize to NYC's Tommie Sunshine to Junior Sanchez to The Gossip have dropped a few beats at the bi-level club. Recent performances have included We Are Scientists, and UK's the Paddingtons with Adam Green.
