NEW YORK (Monitoba Film Festival) - Sum 41's been naughty or at least The Manitoba Film Board thinks so. Earlier today, Sum 41, Ajax's hometown boys' DVD that accompanies their latest CD "Does This Look Infected?" was slapped with a XXX rating. This means that any Sum 41 fans under the age of 18 in Manitoba who purchases the CD will not receive the "Cross The T's And Gouge The I's" DVD when they dish out their cash. Instead retailers in Manitoba will remove the DVD before handing it over. And if you're of age and in Manitoba and want to buy Sum 41's new CD with bonus DVD you'll have to prove that you're 18 or over. Apparently the rating is due to some footage on the DVD of bums and boobies. Stevo32 of Sum 41 isn't fazed by the rating saying in a statement: "It may be a relief for some people to know, that in light of the current state of the world, some good old fashion virtues still exist. NOT me though, I'm proud to say that our new DVD has been rated X in Manitoba!" Manager Greig Nori said: "I'm extremely disappointed that our own country still has a province that thinks boobies and bare bums are something to be embarrassed about." Nori added: "Grow up Manitoba, there's nothing to be ashamed of, we've all got them! All Terry McBride, President at Nettwerk Management could say regarding the rating was: "What century are we in again?"
