LOS ANGELES (Soul City Cafe) - Jewel is offering up-and-coming musicians a chance to showcase their stuff on her tour through the Soul City Cafe Music Quest.
Jewel has sent out an open call for demo submissions in two categories, Band (two or more people) and Solo Artist. One artist in each category will be picked as grand prize winners and will accompany the singer-songwriter on tour next summer.

Submissions must be postmarked by midnight on Dec. 31 (see www.soulcitycafe.com for more information).

This marks the third time Jewel's Soul City Caf� program has sought out untapped talent. Jewel previously found a video director for her "This Way" clip as well as a screenwriter for her production company, Magic lantern Entertainment.
