Ersi Arvizu To Reunite With El Chicano On A Bill With War At The Greek On May 25, 2008

New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Anti-Records artist Ersi Arvizu will reunite with Latin rock legends El Chicano for a May 25 show at the Greek Theater with WAR and Tierra. Arvizu will sing her signature "Sabor a Mi," an East Los Angeles anthem from the seminal album 'Revolucion.' All Music Guide calls them "one of Latin rock's most restless, dynamic groups."

Arvizu has made 'Friend for Life,' her first album since 1976, her first-ever solo album, and first original songs. Out this week on Anti-Records, 'Friend for Life' was produced by Ry Cooder, and grew out of Arvizu's appearance on his critically acclaimed 2005 song cycle 'Chavez Ravine.'
