LITHONIA, Georgia (Soulfest) - Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child and Johnny Gill of New Edition have been tapped to headline the first annual Inspirational Soulfest on November 16 from 7-10 p.m. ET at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia.

Inspirational Soulfest will be hosted by Ray Buchanan of the Atlanta Falcons and news anchor Calvin Hughes. Other scheduled performers include LaTocha Scott of Xscape, Tank, Cathy Taylor Brown, Black Coffey, and Chimere Scott.

A portion of the proceeds from Inspirational Soulfest will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Lupus Foundation Of America, Georgia Chapter.

In related news, New Edition recently signed a new recording contract with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs's Bad Boy Entertainment. The group is currently working on a new release for 2003 to coincide with the group's 20th anniversary.
