Hip Hop Artist Calmplex Draws D.C. Crowds and National Attention

WASHINGTON, DC. (Top40 Charts/ Grind 95 Entertainment) - Rapper/Lyricist, Calmplex, excited fans last night at Club Five, where he performed his original hit track, "Flyer Than Any Other." The crowd went wild for that song, and one fan described it as "what should be an instant national hit. 'Flyer Than Any Other' is a phenomenon! I can't listen to it enough."

Calmplex next performs, along with Devin The Dude, on Sunday, January 20th, at 11:00 pm, at Club Envy in Washington, D.C. Clearly a rising star, Calmplex is fast becoming known as DMV's hottest emerging artist. DMV is the term used to describe the combined D.C., Maryland and Virginia areas. Ultra-popular radio station here, WPGC 95.5, in fact hosts Club Avenue with Calmplex performing January 27th.

A local celebrity in the making, Calmplex also attracts national accolades. Reaching coast to coast with his appearances at VMA events and other red carpets, Calmplex's notoriety includes a budding national fan base. Calmplex has also teamed up with a lot of iconic musicians including Tabi Bonney, DJ Unk and Jim Jones.
