NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Manhattan Records) - "Flyin" from former Tonic frontman/ singer/ songwriter EMERSON HART's solo debut, Cigarettes and Gasoline, will be featured in the premiere episode of the new ABC-TV drama, "Eli Stone." The new series stars Jonny Lee Miller and debuts on Thursday, January 31.

Emerson Hart's music has become a favorite with TV shows. Last year, "When She Loves You" and "Run To" were licensed by the new hit TV show "Cane," and "Friend To A Stranger" was featured on "One Tree Hill." All three songs are on Cigarettes and Gasoline. Hart also wrote the award-winning theme song, "Generations," for the TV show "American Dreams."

As lead singer/songwriter for alt-rock radio favorites Tonic, Hart enjoyed platinum sales and chart-topping singles, including the No 1 hit, "If You Could Only See." With Cigarettes and Gasoline, Hart has already had a Top 20 hit with the debut single, "If You're Gonna Leave" and is currently No 27 and climbing with his new hit, "I Wish The Best For You."
