NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ National Hockey League) - The National Hockey League (NHL) and Verizon Wireless have partnered with global superstar, singer, businessman and humanitarian Usher to host two benefit performances during the 2008 NHL All- Star Weekend in Atlanta. Proceeds from the events, which will feature performances by Grammy Award-winning musician Wyclef Jean and platinum recording artists Jonas Brothers, will benefit Usher's New Look Foundation.

Starting today, tickets are available for purchase to the Verizon Wireless / NHL All-Stars Present an Evening with Wyclef Jean to Benefit Usher's New Look Foundation at The Tabernacle in downtown Atlanta on Friday, Jan. 25. Usher, a five-time Grammy-winner and native of Atlanta, will emcee both star-studded NHL All-Star events. Proceeds from the events will benefit Usher's New Look Foundation, a non-profit program established to expose young people to the business side of sports and entertainment.
