Cherryholmes Nominated For IBMA Entertainers Of The Year

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Skaggs Family) - Grammy-nominated bluegrass family band Cherryholmes have once again been nominated for the International Bluegrass Music Association's Entertainer of the Year award. Winners of the award in 2005, the groups nomination comes on the heels of critical and commercial success for their latest Skaggs Family Records album 'Cherryholmes II Black and White,' which debuted at the top of the Billboard bluegrass charts. Cia Cherryholmes also received an IBMA nomination for Banjo Player of the Year, her first ever nomination in that category.

Nominated for a Grammy for their self-titled Skaggs Family Records debut, the group reached even higher with 'Cherryholmes II Black and White.'
