(Top40 Charts/ TickEx) - TickEx (www.tickex.com), Britain's top new-generation vertical search engine, announced today the top ten online searches for live events in the UK for the past week. More than two million event tickets are now searchable through TickEx's highly targeted Web site. The company, which launched less than two months ago, allows users to use vertical search features that let them browse and compare tickets they find through artist, venue, cost, date and seat location searches.
For the week ending 18 August, the top search terms were:
