NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Forbes.com) - Forbes.com today published 'Forbes' Top 20 Hip-Hop Cash Kings,' available online at www.forbes.com/hiphop. Forbes and E! Entertainment teamed up for a one-hour special about the list, which will premiere on Saturday, August 18, at 6:00 p.m. ET. The E! TV special features exclusive interviews with Big Boi, Lil Jon, T.I., Swizz Beatz and Scott Storch.

'We're very excited to debut this list of 20 artists who defy the conventional music business model,' said Lea Goldman, Forbes Associate Editor. 'Not only do these musicians share a distinct entrepreneurialism, they also market themselves as global brands, and they have the fame, power and influence to make them a dominating cultural force."

According to Forbes.com, the top five 'Hip-Hop Cash Kings' (based on 2006 income) are:
1. Jay-Z $34 (million)
2. 50 Cent $32
3. Diddy $28
4. Timbaland $21
5. Dr. Dre $20
