Trey Songz Releases New Single 'Can't Help But Wait'

NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - On August 8, 2007, 'Can't Help But Wait', the second installment from the well-anticipated sophomore release from Trey Songz will hit the airwaves worldwide.

Coming from the pen of Johnta Austin, 'Can't Help But Wait' is a smooth up-tempo ballad that gives us a dose of the soulful Songz we've grown to love, while at the same time giving us a taste of something new. Produced by Stargate, (Neyo 'Sexy Love') the single increases the anticipation of the release of, 'Trey Day' and arouses suspicion of what's in store for the rest of the album. After hearing the first single, 'Wonder Woman', one can sense the variety that is to come with, 'Trey Day'.
While the first single was more of a ploy to reveal the other side of Songz, the second lets us know that he remains true to his fans in his attempt to rescue a woman from a bad relationship.
