TORONTO, ONTARIO, Canada (Top40 Charts/ Cineplex Entertainment) - David Gilmour, the legendary guitarist and voice of Pink Floyd, premieres an 85-minute theatrical version of his new live concert DVD, "Remember That Night - Live at the Royal Alert Hall," to 54 movie theatres across Canada on Saturday September 15th at 3 p.m. Easter/Noon Pacific. This exclusive, one-time event will also include a one song live performance by David Gilmour prior to the concert and end with a special question and answer session - both live via satellite from London.

The theatrical presentation features songs from David Gilmour's On An Island CD, and an array of Pink Floyd fan favorites, including "Echoes", performed in its entirety for the first time in 20 years. David Gilmour is joined by special guests David Crosby, Graham Nash and David Bowie, performing a unique version of the Pink Floyd classic "Arnold Layne". The performance also features Richard Wright of Pink Floyd, Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music, plus Pink Floyd regulars Dick Parry, Guy Pratt, Jon Carin, and drummer Steve DiStanislao.

"Remember That Night - Live at the Royal Albert Hall" will be presented exclusively in Canada by Cineplex Entertainment and live event specialists BY Experience, Inc., in High-Definition and cinema surround sound at 54 select Cineplex Entertainment theatres across the country.

Tickets for this special one-time only event go on sale Friday, August 3rd, for CAD $12.95 (+ taxes) at presenting theatre box offices and online at www.cineplex.com. For a complete list of presenting theatre locations, please visit the website (theatres are subject to change). Fans may submit a question to the official David Gilmour website at www.davidgilmour.com. Select questions will be answered by David Gilmour during the live Q&A session.

"We are pleased to partner with BY Experience, Inc., to bring David Gilmour's exceptional 'Remember That Night' performance to giant screens across Canada exclusively at select Cineplex Entertainment theatres," said Pat Marshall, Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations, Cineplex Entertainment. "This performance is the next best thing to actually being on stage with David in London's Royal Albert Hall when you combine our giant screens, stadium seats and Dolby Digital Surround Sound," said Marshall.

"Remember That Night - Live At The Royal Albert Hall," available on DVD September 18th, was filmed over three nights at the prestigious London venue last May, by renowned director David Mallet. Utilizing the latest and best high-definition digital technology and 23 HD cameras, the full Royal Albert Hall show, runs more than three hours and promises to be a feast for the senses. David Gilmour's 2006 tour supported the release of his solo album On An Island which entered the album charts at No. 1 in the UK, No. 2 in Canada, No. 6 in the U.S. and reached the peak of the European Billboard pan-European chart.
