 NEW YORK (RnB Magazine) - Rapper Cam'ron (Cameron Giles) was arrested when New York City police officers spotted a fake New York City Fire Department (FDNY) parking permit in the window of his Land Rover. Police officers pulled the rapper over on Monday (July 29) at 42nd Street and 11th Avenue in Manhattan, and they discovered marijuana and a .22 caliber pistol in his vehicle, according to New York's Daily News. Cam'ron was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a forged instrument (FDNY parking permit). Calls to Cam'ron's label Roc-A-Fella Records were not returned by press time. Cam'ron's latest release, Come Home With Me, is No 39 on the US albums chart. The set has sold more than 673,000 copies since its release in May.
