Solange Knowles Celebrates 21st Birthday With Two Star Studded Parties in Texas & Louisiana

The first is this Sunday, July 1, 2007, in Houston, Texas, and the second is on Friday, July 6, 2007, in New Orleans, LA during the Essence Festival!
