New Orleans, LA. (Top40 Charts/ Global Green/ Active Music) - Legendary musician and New Orleans native Fats Domino sat at a one-of-a-kind Baldwin Baby Grand 'Green' Piano while visiting the International House hotel in New Orleans. While there he serenaded the crowd by singing one of his all time classic hits "Ain't That a Shame" then signed the piano to support the recent initiative to rebuild New Orleans "green" and sustainable. The "Green" piano is made from wood legally harvested from areas that pose no threat to conservation valued forests or violate any civil rights.

This exclusive piano is offered via an online auction on Charity Folks where in addition to the signed "Green" Baldwin piano, fans can have a chance to also bid on items signed by Legendary artists, including signed Gibson guitars, special VIP packages and other items donated by artists who performed at this year's New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The Gibson Foundation, which supports this effort, is the philanthropic arm of the Gibson Guitar Corp. For more information on Gibson Foundation go to Gibson Foundation.

The Baldwin "green" piano signed by Fats Domino is currently on display in New Orleans in the lobby of the International House Hotel on Camp Street. The guitars, posters and memorabilia can be viewed on site on the Mezzanine at the InterContinental Hotel just around the corner on St. Charles.
Bidding ends on June 15 at 6PM www.charityfolks.com
